Information For New Home Builders
Please note, especially for those planning to build a new home in Cobble Creek, it is critical that you are able and willing to communicate with the Design Review Committee (DRC) by email. The DRC maintains its records only in electronic form and finds it is most efficient to transmit information (or simply communicate) to our clients by email. We urge our clients to have and use an email contact before making contact with the DRC to initiate a project.
